Shipping policy

Shipping.

Unless otherwise stated, orders will be fulfilled from our fulfilment centre in Redruth, United Kingdom. Shipping costs are charged in addition to the price of the products.

We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day when they are placed before 12:00 midday (UK time). Orders placed after 12:00 midday may be dispatched on the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking details and information about the delivery company handling your shipment. In some cases, your shipment may be arranged through InXpress, a third-party shipping service that works with a range of delivery carriers. Please keep an eye on your email, including your junk or spam folder, for your dispatch and tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur while goods are in transit despite the best efforts of all parties.

Shipping Quotes & Collection.

If you feel that the shipping cost quoted for your order is unreasonable, please get in touch with us. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping or collection, subject to our approval and the goods being collected from our fulfilment centre.

Where you arrange your own shipping, we will treat the order as a collection and will remove the shipping charge from your order where applicable. Please contact us before arranging collection so that we can provide the necessary collection information.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes.

We ship to most international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes, customs charges and other fees depending on the destination country and the shipping terms selected.

Where you purchase under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, we may arrange the shipment and the applicable duties and local taxes required to clear the goods through customs. These costs may be included in your shipping quotation or charged separately, depending on the circumstances.

If you would prefer to arrange your own customs clearance, we can also provide information for orders shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) or EXW (Ex Works) terms. Please contact us either before or after placing your order, and we will provide you with the relevant information and documentation needed for you or your chosen carrier to arrange the shipment and customs clearance.

Please note that under DAP or EXW terms, responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, local taxes and other destination-country charges will generally fall to the customer.
